OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS

We work with professional printing partners and manufacturers all over the world to help produce our unique designs, and ship them to our customers.

PRODUCTION TIMES

Orders have a production time of 3 to 8 business days, unless product description states otherwise.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times for U.S. orders are approximately 2 to 5 business days, unless product description states otherwise.

Shipping times for International orders are approximately 10 to 30 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Customers will receive a shipping notification with tracking once their order has shipped. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately due to our variety of manufacturers, and additional tracking numbers may be provided.

At this time production and/or shipping times cannot be expedited. Please allow for adequate time when purchasing around upcoming events, holidays, and vacations.

Cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders are sent to production and are no longer eligible for cancellation.

All products are unique, and produced as ordered. Due to the custom nature of the production process, returns and exchanges are not supported.

In the unfortunate case of damaged products or manufacturing errors, replacement or refund accommodations may be provided. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report any issues.

To extend the life of your apparel, please follow these recommendations when washing and drying all garments:

- Machine wash cold, inside-out on gentle cycle with like colors.
- Do not use fabric softeners or bleach.
- Hang-drying is preferred, or tumble dry at lowest heat.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
- Do not iron directly over printed designs.
- Do not dry clean.

SEWING TOLERANCE

Garment sewing tolerance is the acceptable range of deviation from a garment's specified measurements. Tolerances are necessary because it's nearly impossible to achieve precise measurements for every garment. Apparel may feature a +/- 1" tolerance.

DESIGN SCALING & MOCK-UPS

Printed designs will be scaled up in size on larger sized garments, and scaled down in size on smaller sized garments This is to ensure a consistent visual outcome across all sizes.
