PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
All products have a production time of 3 to 8 business days, excluding any pre-order items.
Can I ship to my resort or vacation destination?
At this time we do not support or recommend shipping to resorts or vacation destinations of any kind. A residential address is always best to ensure successful delivery.
Can my order be expedited?
At this time, production and/or shipping times cannot be expedited. Please allow for adequate time when purchasing around upcoming events, holidays, and vacations.
How long does shipping take?
Most products from Prettie Pixie will be shipped from within the United States, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
United States based orders have a 2 to 5 business day transit time for any U.S. product, and a 8 to 15 business day transit time for any overseas product.
International based orders have a 10 to 30 business day transit time depending on location.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.
How do I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
My tracking number hasn’t updated, is my package lost?
Sometimes the tracking system may experience delays in updating. After initial shipment, it may take up to 72 hours for a package to begin properly tracking within the U.S. and often longer for International packages.
If no movement has been tracked in 10 business days, please contact us.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURN POLICY
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders are sent to production, and are no longer eligible for cancellation.
Are returns or exchanges accepted?
All products are unique, and produced on demand as ordered. Due to the custom nature of the production process, and varying locations of printing partner facilities, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not supported. Please carefully review all size charts prior to purchase.
In the unfortunate event of damaged products, or printing/manufacturing errors, replacement or refund accommodations may be provided. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report any issues.
APPAREL CARE
What is the recommended apparel care?
To extend the life of your apparel, please follow these recommendations when washing and drying all garments:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out on gentle cycle with like colors.
- Do not use fabric softeners or bleach.
- Hang-drying is preferred, or tumble dry at lowest heat.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
- Do not iron directly over printed designs.
- Do not dry clean.
